Their combined efforts enabled a seamless transformation of the building’s climate control systems.
The project replaced outdated gas boilers and window ACs with 96 AIO Wall Mounted Pro Heat Pumps featuring 1,800W resistance heat, delivering room-by-room climate control and eliminating fossil fuels. The upgrade met NYC sustainability regulations and earned major NYSERDA incentives.
